At the Wyoming Student Media Association (WSMA) State Media Convention on November 9, 2023, the PHS Prowl staff was awarded the 3A/4A 1st Place Newspaper. The Board of Trustees recognized their achievement at the December 12th board meeting. Members of the Journalism class received their certificates from Mr. Dillivan. Mrs. Amy Moore accepted certificates on behalf of those students unable to be present.
