The Prowl, PHS's student-run newspaper, was honored for the fourth time as the 1st place 3A/4A Newspaper at the State Journalism Conference held at Northwest College. At the November 11, 2025, Board of Trustees attending Prowl staff members Ashlee Jacobsen, Nalani Jordan, and Kyra Morrow, were also presented certificates for their individual achievements. Nalani earned 1st place honors in the 3A/4A photography division, Ashlee received 1st place in the 3A/4A writing portfolio and Kyra was 3A/4A writing portfolio runner-up. Amy Moore is the advisor for The Prowl.
