Two Robotics teams from PHS are headed to the FIRST® Robotics Championship in Houston, Texas. Teams 3189 and 6437 were recognized at the March 10 Board of Trustees meeting for their performance at the state competition. Team members from 6437 Brighton Streeter, Kamea Wisniewski, and Estrella Gonzales received certificates from Chairman Kim Dillivan. Dillivan presented certificates to Team 3189 members Calvin Opps, David Stensing, Zac Peterson, Huston Dearcorn, Hayden Peters and Joseph Pittman. Tyler Kruger, Sam Williams and River James were absent. The teams are sponsored by Joel Hayano, Lenita Moore and Hans Hawley.
