What You'll Do:
Help provide a safe, clean, attractive, and comfortable learning environment for students and staff.
Perform general cleaning and custodial duties throughout the school.
Work independently and as part of a team to maintain District facilities.
Assist in creating a positive environment that supports student learning and school activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Custodial experience or general cleaning knowledge preferred.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment, lift heavy objects, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work cooperatively with staff and students.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Position Details:
Night Shift
Starting Pay: $19.85/hour (2026–2027 Support Services Wage Schedule, Step 1)
8 hours per day on school days, with the possibility of summer hours.

Start Date: August 20, 2026 (training provided prior to start)

Salary: District Support Services Wage Schedule (2026-27 general para base = $18.65/hour; a para holding B.A. in education base = $19.65 per hour)
Employment Term: up to 30 hours per week (175 student days)

Duties: Supervise and support students’ successful completion of online credit recovery courses so that students continue to progress toward graduation. Austin Sears and Justin Dusenberry were recognized as the University of Montana All-Star Band selectees.
